1. Who we are

Mlau ApS provides a digital platform for managing your tenancy in buildings operated by Mlau.

2. Your account

• Mlau or your employer creates your account; you accept a one-time invite link.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• One account per person. Don't share.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't upload illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content you don't have rights to.
• Don't probe the platform for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
• House rules apply on top of these terms. The currently-signed version is binding.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows are announced 24h in advance where possible.

5. Termination

You can stop using Mlau at any time by requesting account deletion (see Privacy Policy section 6). Mlau can terminate accounts for breach of these terms after written notice.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". Mlau's liability for direct damages is capped at the equivalent of one month of your rent. Indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages are excluded to the extent permitted by Danish law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
